External data protection policy

The purpose of this policy is to inform users, of the methods of collection, processing, and use of their personal data and of their rights with regard to the protection of such data with regard to the RGPD and the 78-17 law of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, as amended.

Categories of collected data

When using the website, several types of personal data may be collected. Essentially, the collected data corresponds to the following categories:

  2. data resulting from your activities on the website and in particular data from uploaded write-ups,
  3. connection data (IPv4 and IPv6 addresses).

Purpose of collection

The collection of personal data by the ANSSI within the framework of the website has the following purposes:

  1. to manage and to improve access and operation of the service,
  2. to publish write-ups uploaded by players.

The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest in providing a service of recreational activities to which users freely subscribe, or to respond in the best possible way to any possible legal solicitation.

To whom are these data transmitted?

The information communicated by the user is intended for ANSSI agents, who are bound by an obligation of confidentiality.

How long is the data stored?

ANSSI keeps the data collected with the website for a period proportional to the purpose for which they are collected. Connection data (IPv4 and IPv6 addresses) are kept for 1 year. Identification data and uploaded write-ups are kept until data deletion is requested.

What are your rights?

Right of access, modification, deletion and objection.

In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, any person may obtain communication and, if necessary, rectification, deletion or opposition of information concerning them. You can exercise these rights in several ways:

Any request to exercise rights must include a photocopy of proof of identity.

Cookies and other trackers

The website does not use cookies or trackers. After authentication on the site, the identification token is stored in browser local storage until logout.

ANSSI employs technical and organizational measures adapted to the degree of sensitivity of personal data to ensure data integrity and confidentiality and to protect it against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties. ANSSI undertakes to take the physical, technical and organizational security measures necessary to: protect its activities, preserve the security of users’ personal data against any unauthorized access, modification, deformation, disclosure, destruction or access to the personal data it holds. Nevertheless, the security and confidentiality of personal data depend on the good practices of each individual, so the person concerned is invited to remain vigilant on this issue.
